1) Help recrute over 30 people [I]

3) start off an econamy (money/items) [P]
4) ensure that all players are satisfied [I]
5) keep up to date on the forums [P]
6) help develop and update the server & Forums [P]
7) keep the rules in place in-game & Forums [I]
own up reputation within the community [P]
9) become 1st legit in a skill (Prayer) [P]
10) help others achieve their goals [P]
11) help people time to time in-game [P]
[p] = Passed - [I] = incomplete - [x] = failed
